Established by Christopher Matthews, CJV offer an innovative, economical, friendly and professional approach to Quantity Surveying & Project Management.
Prior to founding CJV, Christopher was the Director of a Major Construction Company and gained his experience throughout the years working on a mixture of Projects ranging from Multi-Million Pound Hospitals to small property refurbishments.
Christopher has worked for major Quantity Surveying Practices and Architectural Practices namely EC Harris and Fosters.
CJV can offer a full range of Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management services to Commercial Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and either Main or Sub-Contractors.
CJV hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance to a value of £5 million which can be extended upon request.
